When making an enquiry using our contact form on our website, or booking an appointment on our online booking system, we ask you to provide us with your full name, email address and phone number. This is used solely to identify and/or contact you so we can arrange an appointment for you and so we know who is coming.

If we have received a referral from a consultant, we may keep clinic letters, reports from investigations or encrypted emails on file. We will not pass this information to any other third-party individual or organisation without your consent to do so.

We will also keep our own treatment notes about your sessions with us and what you have done in them.
